It's a shame that so many groups never bother to release
the extras for the shows they rip. They are as much  a part
of a DVD release as all the episodes are and often provide
fascinating insights and background info.
I think the main for many groups not releasing them is the
amount of work involved, some DVDsets offer more than 50
different bonus materials, audio commentaries, video, pictures etc.
so it takes a lot more than just ripping one episode after another.
