MiGHTY used this source, but their release was a fuck up.
First off, it was undersized. They also didn't rip the dir. commentary

Their release also crashed after playback. After the movie is done, the
DVD jumps to a NOP command: http://i40.tinypic.com/2hy8lr4.png
The release is also useless for non German people, since the English
menu was ripped: http://i40.tinypic.com/33dle6p.png We understand
it was meant for their local scene, but the English menu takes only
5 mb of fucking space. MiGHTY also didn't list the video bitrate in
their nfo, and gave the DVDR a custom tag "DER_SOLIST".
