the original subs have been converted line by line and the srt contains a lot of
entries with duplicate timestamps, so it's up to the player to decide how to display
these overlapping entries, which does not make sense and turns out like crap
if you don't care about the subs, you can skip grabbing this proper
I don't want to be doing this, but it's getting ridiculous, just do shit correctly
