PLOT
Monsieur Hulot goes on a holiday to a seaside
resort, but accidents and misunderstandings
follow him where ever he goes. The peace and
quiet of the hotel guests don't last very long with
Hulot around, because although his intensions
are good, they always turn out catastrophically.

This release was done from the old criterion dvd. We
realize criterion was going to release this movie again
in January but we found this on the Criterion web site:

"The original Criterion editions of Mon Oncle and
M. Hulot's Holiday will be back in print starting
in January of 2004. These DVDs will be identical
to Criterion's original releases in every way."

So we went ahead with this release. Unfortunately the video
has horrible compressibility so the res is the way it is.

--Our 200th release and we've only been around for 10 months!--

Hopefully we'll be able to continue bringing everyone great
movies and quality rips for a long time to come.
