Andrew is putting the top down as he takes a slow cruise across America's
Gulf Coast in hopes of filling up on everything from pig guts to water
rodents and raccoons. It's a journey filled with soul, seasoned with Cajun
favourites and scooped up with a few servings of classic Creole
creations.Andrew slips into the seat of his convertible and begins his tour
in Cajun country - the bayous of Louisiana. In Morgan City, Louisiana
Andrew meets up with Sterling Freyou, a man who knows these parts like the
back of his weathered hands. Sterling takes Andrew on a hunt for nutria, a
water rodent resembling a rat. They bag a few, skin them, slice them and
stew'em up for dinner, Cajun style.
