Shortly after MDX released the Star Trek TNG pilot
VcDVault released a package containing all eps from
the first of the TNG DVD's. The problem with their
rips is that they are 29.97 fps, 1 frame out of 5 is a
double. Some frames are even interlaced, there is no
doubt they require IVTC.

So a proper is needed and here it is just on time ! Enjoy.
